The Motives of Sustainable Development

UN Sustainable Development GoalsSustainable Development is also known as Community Planning, Comprehensive Planning, Growth Management Planning or Smart Growth, it is the outcropping of Climate Change, Agenda 21 and a Global Economy.  So what could be wrong with the idea of being sustainable? We don’t want to be unsustainable, do we? The problem with Sustainable Development is that it flies in the face of man’s will to advance. America is the greatest country in the world. Why? Because its citizens were allowed the use of its bountiful resources and up until recent, there was no king or dictator to control man’s creative action.

The idea behind Sustainable Development is to foster a mentality of guilt in people over the use of natural resources. Every time one starts their car… Every time one turns on a water faucet… Remember, be sustainable! Don’t exceed your allotment of resources… Big Brother is watching you. We all must learn to live the same, think the same and most importantly… be sustainable!

America was not created using this mindset. America was created with the mindset of full speed ahead!!! I don’t think NASA was concerned about being sustainable when they were going to the moon.

Why Sustainable Development Is Unconstitutional

Declaration of IndependenceYou see, the real agenda behind Sustainable Development has nothing to do with protecting the environment. It is about controlling the natural resources. If the resources are controlled, the people are controlled. The screws are already tightening on us. Does it make any sense that we must use poisonous, difficult to dispose of, fluorescent lighting in kitchens now? These things should be a personal choice. No doubt in time the use of all natural resources will be highly regulated.

Of course, as in the old Soviet Union, not everyone will be required to live the peasant lifestyle. Those who play along will be rewarded. But the reward will only be a temporary one. It comes down to “the end justifies the means.” The “useful idiots” will be in for a big surprise when they realize the noose they helped to tie will be placed around their own necks.

The Process of Sustainable Development Starts At A Young Age

American ClassroomThe problem is that most adult socialists and democrats are smart enough to see through their own utopian pipe dreams. Their solution?, brainwash the school children. It’s not education anymore. It’s indoctrination. That’s why it’s so important to have good teachers in the system. The local Packard Foundation (billions of dollars in assets at last check) funds a great many projects related to Sustainable Development. The next generation is being prepared to live in a new controlled society where people are discouraged from reaching their personal best. All this is being done with the help of our tax money.

Federal vs State Lands

Why Government Is Taking All The Public Land

In fact, there is a lot of so-called public land in this county. But activities for outdoor sports and recreation are becoming increasingly restricted. There is big demand for activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, etc., but these activities are often considered to be unsustainable and therefore not allowed. A lot of this so-called open space is just plain closed off to all human use. More and more regulation is being placed on the use of public lands. We are not a big proponent of the government acquiring any more land, either directly or through “funnel” agencies such as Land Trusts — who usually sell back to the government at a profit and then repeat the cycle.

The majority of public lands in the United States are held in trust for the American people by the federal government and managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM),  the United States National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, or the Fish and Wildlife Service under the Department of the Interior, or the United States Forest Service under the Department of Agriculture. Other federal agencies that manage public lands include the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the United States Department of Defense, which includes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Why The Government Wants To Make Monuments Out Of National Parks

The force behind the confiscation of public land falls under the Antiquities Act of 1906 which gives the President of the United States the authority to, by presidential proclamation, create national monuments from public lands to protect significant natural, cultural, or scientific features.  Signed into law by Theodore Roosevelt.  The cover-up is in the comment “National monuments are flexible designations that allow for a true conservation balance between development and the need to protect our most treasured places for our children and grandchildren.”  Bottom line is the control by government of your lives and this is a piece of the plan, a huge piece.

The What Is Agenda 21?

Chemtrails not ContrailsAgenda 21 refers to an initiative of the United Nations (U.N.) called Sustainable Development Agenda 21. Sustainable Development Agenda 21 is a comprehensive statement of a political ideology that is being progressively infused into every level of government in America and it affects you ~in region~. According to the United Nations, it is “a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human have an impact on the environment.”

The Unveiling Of Agenda 21 At The Rio Earth Summit

Agenda 21 was unveiled in 1992 during the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), commonly known as the Rio Earth Summit, where more than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21, and pledged to evaluate progress made in implementing the plan every five years thereafter. President George H. W. Bush was the signatory for the United States.  International organizations such as the U.N., and its accredited Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), generally consider Sustainable Development and Agenda 21 to be synonymous.

Agenda 21 Was Supported By President Bill Clinton

Although Congress never authorized the implementation of Agenda 21 (as a soft-law policy recommendation – not a treaty – it needs no ratification), in 1993, President Bill Clinton established, by Executive Order 12852, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development  (PCSD) for the purpose of implementing Agenda 21 in the United States. The PCSD operated through 1999, but its actions to promote Sustainable Development have taken root, and now exert an increasing influence across America.  At stake is the future of America as we have known it for the past 200 years. America was founded on principles of unalienable rights and personal and national sovereignty. Agenda 21 and sustainable development strip away these rights by redirecting them to the “common good” that is managed by unelected and unaccountable global technocrats.

By Any Other Name Its Still Agenda 21

At times the political agenda embodied in Sustainable Development is implemented under other names for purposes of political expediency. J. Gary Lawrence, a planner for the City of Seattle and advisor to the President’s Council on Sustainable Development said in 1998, “Participating in a U.N. advocated planning process would very likely bring out many…who would actively work to defeat any elected official…undertaking Local Agenda 21. So we will call our process something else, such as “comprehensive planning,” “growth management,” or “smart growth.”  All of these programs are designed to restrict personal freedom and property rights and hence are in direct opposition to the Constitution of the United States. Regulations are created and imposed by unelected and unaccountable technocrats who are often supported and enabled by locally elected officials such as city mayors, city council members, zoning officials, school board members, county supervisors, etc.
